REN Glycolatic Radiance Renewal Mask
REN Glycolatic Radiance Renewal Mask
I love a good face mask. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting down after a long day and giving your skin a good pamper and masks are the way to go. If you read my blog regularly you would know I also love REN skincare. However I was a little disappointed by this one.

I don't know what I was expecting from it but it was a lot more than what I got. First off I read reviews that it tingles on your skin, but it failed to do that on my skin. Now usually as my skin is sensitive I would expect it to tingle or at least burn a little but nothing happened to me. Which in a way is good but in another way I was convinced as it didn't tingle it wasn't doing anything. Another claim this product had, is it leaves your skin brighter and glowing. Now after using this I didn't notice any glowing skin or brighter skin. Now it could be my skin as I have oily acne prone skin but it wasn't left clearer or brighter looking. Lots of people really love this mask, so I was a little surprised when I saw no results.

Fear not it isn't all negative, this mask sure does smell amazing, it smells exactly like fresh orange juice and its very pleasant on the skin as it sits under your nose. It also applies really easily but you have to spread it quickly as it dries rather fast. It also washes off quickly so that is also a bonus. I am glad I got a sample of this mask, as its quite expensive and I would have felt I wasted my money.

I'm not saying don't go out and but this product, as I am a huge REN fan and I hate to write such a negative review, but I like to be honest with my readers. I know a lot of people swear by this mask but it did nothing for me at all, only smelt nice on the skin.  I would defiantly try and get a sample of this before buying a full size.

Sorry REN but this one doesn't get a thumbs up.

Have you tried this mask? Did it work for you?
