Nars collections are my weakness and when I saw the releases from the Final Cut collection, I think I wanted every single product. The collection was girly, cute and spring ready. However it was only exclusive to selfridges when it first got released and sold out within a matter of days so you can imagine my excitement when I found some of the blushes in Brown Thomas.

The choice was hard and with only a few euros left to name I could only pick one, the one I picked is called Final Cut and I simply love it. The main reason behind this choice was upon inspection the other three shades looked like they were dupe able for either blushes I had or blushes that were in the permanent nars line.

Final Cut is a matte peach coral shade. It contains no shimmer, which I love due to being the owner of very large pores. It looks gorgeous on the skin as it's the right amount of peach and coral. I reminds me of Nars Gina but less peacher. Unlike most matte blushes I have tried it doesn't have a chalky texture, it just looks like silk on the skin. I think this colour would look great on all skin tones, it adds warmth and life to the skin and would make a perfect spring, summer shade but would also transition well into autumn and winter.

In terms of pigmentation, I have yet to come across a Nars blush that doesn't deliver in the pigmentation department so this was no different. Staying power is around 6-7 hours depending on your skin type. With my oily skin, I tend to get a good 6 hours out of my blush.

Overall I lovely shade from Nars and good news it is now available on the Nars UK site. So grab it now while you can. If your looking for the prefect matte, coral/peach shade this is your guy.
