Today Lovely Jubbly Blog and I bring you budget on a budget. We are sharing two recipes to get you sorted for a pamper night on a budget. I will be doing the facemask and Jess will be doing the hair mask. As I have oily skin, I have planned my face mask around that, but you can still use this mask even if your skin is not oily, because the ingredients used are safe, natural and have many properties to them.
The face mask I have created uses only 3 ingredients that you will find in your kitchen cupboard. So basically all you need is 2 TBSP Of Honey, 1 TBSP Of Apple Cider Vinegar & a pinch of cinnamon. These ingredients will help the skin in many ways, the apple cider vinegar will unclog your pores, get rid of dead skin cells and help minimise the pores. The honey and cinnamon have both anti bacterial properties and cinnamon is great as a anti inflammatory so it will soothe and calm the skin and help reduce any big spots you may have on the skin. All you got to do is mix all three ingredients into a bowl and slap onto your face for 15 mins, when you apply it, the cinnamon particles seem to buff into your skin. While your waiting feel free to paint your nails, watch your fave tv show or catch up with some magazines. Basically just relax.
Once done rinse off with lukewarm water, you may want to rinse with a cloth that is totally optional.
