I know everyone and thier mother says this every month, but where the hell did June go. It literally flew by, actually where the hell is this year going. However I am excited for July as I get to see Kings Of Leon live on July 4th which I am pretty excited about......over excited maybe. Back on topic here are the products I have been loving this month. Not a huge amount as its been pretty hot this month and most days I have literally braced the bare face, but I have a few staple items I have been loving.
First up makeup. As I mentioned I have been going bare faced this month, but when I to do my makeup I have been reaching for my new mac shades. Yes I made a sneaky order. I ordered Omega and Woodwinked and the empty 4 pan palette. I wanted a small palette for my holiday in August and I am in love with Woodwinked. Its literally the most gorgeous shade for everyday. Its so effortless just apply then blend and it looks like you took ages creating a look. I also did my cousins makeup this month and I used All That Glitters with Woodwinked in the crease and It looked amazing, so totally loving this palette at the moment. Other item of makeup I have been loving is Elf Pink Minx lipstick. my lovely friend Jess from Lovely Jubbly Blog gifted this to me and its the most pretty everyday pink shade. Its almost barbie pink but a little less in your face. Its also super moisturising, which is always a plus for me. Highly recommend this shade.
Moving onto some skincare, I have been obsessed with facial sunscreen ever since reading an article about how it helps acne scarring so I have been testing a load of them and will have a post up shortly, but for this month I am loving my new addition from Murad. This is the Murad Oil Free Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30 (and breathe). First off it smells incredible almost like oranges. secondly its perfect for oily skin types and lastly it works perfectly underneath makeup. It is a little pricey but I would defiantly purchase this one again. Next is Primark Nail Polish Remover, picked up on whim as I was intrigued to see if it was any good and get this one, its better than the Bourjois version. So for a mere €2 you can't really go wrong. Incase you aren't familiar to these nail polish removers, you basically stick your finger in, twist around and viola the polish is removed. Lastly is another little gift from my friend Jess, she is my beauty and sweet supplier. Jess picked me up the NSpa Eye and Lip Treatment. I have wanted a new eye cream for ages and I just love this one, its lightweight, sits well under makeup and has helped with the darkness under the eyes. So defiantly a winner.
So there are my June Beauty faves. What have you been loving this month? Have you tried any of these products?
