YSL Volupté Tint- In- Oil Cherry My Cherie
YSL are pretty much up there when it comes to lip products they never seem to fail when it comes to delivering a good lip product. I was super intrigued about the new Tint in Oil *, as  I haven't tried a lip oil before so wasn't sure as to what to expect, after trailing this one for a few days here is what I think.

First off can we just take a moment to stare at the packaging, I mean c'mon YSL you are killing me here, this packaging puts the eek in Sleek. It also comes in silver packaging which I prefer over the gold packaging as I think it looks more classier. Now we have talked packaging lets move onto the product itself.

So the wand itself is a really cool design, its designed like a pair of lips which makes applying the product very easy and gives an even application. A very snazzy design indeed. Upon applying the oil you noticed that it feels really slippery and very oily but once its on the lips it settles down and just becomes a comfortable glossy feel and not sticky at all which is a bonus for us lipgloss haters out there. I have the shade Cherry My Cherie which is a muted cherry pink. I usually apply one or two coats and the product is meant to adjust to your natural lip shade which I feel it does as it looks a tad darker on my mum than what it does on me. One thing I will say is that even though the colour pay off is decent I have this feeling that if you had very pigmented lips you might be left a little disappointed with the colour pay off , just something to think of before you purchase one.

All that aside I was left rather impressed with my first ever lip oil. I loved the way it felt on my lips it wasn't sticky and didn't feel greasy at all. It also left my lips very nourished and hydrated. Staying power was a good 4-5 hours with eating and drinking which is pretty good. One think I would have to mention is I wasn't happy with the way it faded off it did leave that horrible rim around the lips (sounds gross) so if you suffer with dry lips you also could experience this. However I wouldn't let it put you off buying one as it is a really nice product otherwise.
