must have drugstore products
So I thought I would kick off a new series on this blog and every  month I will post 5 products all Drugstore that I highly recommend. I thought this would be a fun way to get to know new products and all products won't have your bank balance crying. Some products could be from the archive (ie the bottom of my makeup drawers) or some could be brand new on the market. Not sticking to strictly makeup I will throw in nails and skincare to spice it up. So here is the first instalment. I feel that was a long intro.

First up is Maxfactor False Lash Effect Waterproof mascara. I did a full review on this not long ago and to sum it up in two words this product is the bomb! It adds some serious length and curl to the lash, given a false lash effect while holding the curl all day until you remove it. I have never had a mascara that has worked as well on my hard to curl lashes. Moving onto lip products this months recommendation has got to be NYX Butter Glosses, now I hate any form of lipgloss, even the thought makes me cringe but these are literally just something else. They are so nourishing and buttery that you kind go forget they are a gloss. They last a decent amount of time on the lips and the shade ranges are great. For under €7 you can't go wrong my fave shades are Tiramisu, Creme Brulee and Strawberry Parfait.

Next is nails, now I cannot recommend the Barry M Gelly Shine nail polishes enough. They are simply amazing. I have loved them for some time and I'm sure you know all about them but they release new shades all the time so they are something you can build up a collection of. The high gloss finish, amazing shade range and long staying power make these thee best drugstore nail polishes, next to Essie that is..I'll save that for another day.

Then we have the Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer..oh how I love thee. This is a really nice brightening concealer that is great for under the eyes. It literally sweeps away dark circles and leaves a radiant look under the eye area. I love this. It does come with a sponge but I love this one so much I added it to my kit so I ripped the sponge off and now apply with a brush.

Lastly is the Soap And Glory Scrub Your Nose In It. This is my cult product when it comes to exfoliants Its so gently yet so effective. I use this weekly to remove dead skin cells and to give my skin a boost. As it is an AHA scrub it leaves the skin glowing. I love it. It has jumped up in price lately which isn't good news but I will still repurchase as I love it that much.

So there are my first 5 drugstore recommendations  Hope you enjoyed this post and let me know, what your fave cult drugstore products are.
