Clinique Cheek Pop- Peach Pop

Clinique Cheek Pop- Peach Pop

You all know I am a sucker for blush. I swear whenever I see a pretty blush in a store I just come over all tingly. Sounds very sad but I thought I would just throw it out there, I am a blush addict and there ain't nothing I can do about it. While I was in London in the duty free I spotted the Clinique Cheek Pop blushes for just £13, I mean at the that price It would have have been rude not to buy one. I picked up the shade Peach pop as anything peach has to come home with me and so I thought I share my thoughts on it.

First off the design of these blushes, can we just take a moment. A pretty flower shape that almost makes you not want to disturb it. I do have to say Clinique are really blend on their packaging but they have hit the nail on the head with this one. So bravo!

Enough packaging talk are these as good as everyone claimed them to be? Hell yeah! These are amazing. I literally am so close to comparing this to the amaziness of the Hourglass ambient lighting blushes. I do not know what it is but this blush is just a pure beaut. First off the texture is so light and almost creamy but still have a powder texture. It almost melts in your hand when you go in for a swatch. Then once applied they just glide across the cheeks delivering an even, smooth flush of colour. They are extremely pigmented but yet so subtle, which blows my mind because usually a very pigmented blush needs to be applied lightly but this just applies like a boss, literately sweep it on and you are done.

The shade Peach Pop is more on the coral side and not so much peach but its still a really gorgeous shade. I suppose coral pop didn't have much of a ring to when it came to naming these blushes. I adore the shade its the perfect everyday shade and really gives you that 'Oh that's my natural flush of colour' look and so that is a winner in itself.

The wear time of this blush pop blushes are around 6-7 hours depending on your skin type on a more hotter day I do feel it fades a little faster but that is probably just my oily skin ruining things. Talking of skin types, I think everyone will love these blushes as the texture is just something else.

Overall I am 100% impressed with this blush and I already have my eye on another shade. What have I started, its actually a good thing there isn't a whole load of colours or we could be in trouble. The pigmentation, the subtle finish, the way it applies is what sells this product and for that it gets a massive thumbs up from me and I highly recommend it.

Have you tried these blushes yet? Is Peach Pop your ideal shade?

Clinique Cheek Pops can be bought in Boots for €20 /£17 /$32
