Loving Lately....

Lovely Lately #2

Hey everyone so first off I want to apologise for the lack of posts lately, things in my personal life have been a little hectic and finding time to blog was a little hard but everything is back on track now so the posts will be in full swing. For a simple post to get back into things I thought I would talk about some things I have been loving lately, mainly throughout the month of June and the first week or two of July, there is beauty and lifestyle in here so lets get cracking.
maybelline foundation and concealer

I will start with makeup and these last few weeks I have been keeping things pretty simple. My skin has had a few issues and been a bit blotchy and uneven so I have been using different foundations to try correct that. While I love my Revlon Colourstay I find sometimes it can be a little heavy for the days when your pores decide to be huge so while in Boots in June I picked up The Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless Foundation. I got the shade 105 and it is the first time in history to get a foundation from Maybelline that A is actually light enough and B is yellow based. I will have a full review of this foundation up soon with pictures of it on the skin etc but I will say this, it leaves the skin flawless, lasts very well and feels super lightweight. I love it. Another makeup item I picked up recently is the Seventeen Wow Concealer, this is a great concealer for the under eye area or any area you want to brighten up. I know it looks like the YSL Touche Eclat but this is defiantly more of a concealer rather than a highlighter so it will offer coverage. The concealer itself is kind of peach toned so it colour corrects as it conceals, it is defiantly a product you wanna check out next time your in Boots.
skincare loves
Now moving onto a little bit of skincare, first off is a makeup prep spray from Urban Decay. I only randomly decided to use this recently and I am so happy I did. I dunno what exactly is in this stuff but it is a blessing for your skin especially when your having bad skin days. I spray this on before makeup and its tightens the pores, makes makeup absorb better on the skin and keeps my skin hydrated through out the day. You can apply this as a refresher throughout the day and it can be used before you hop into bed at night as part of a night time routine. It is enriched in Vitamin E and it has been doing wonders for my skin. Another product I wanna mention is a cream that I got in a Birchbox. The Resurfacing Cream From Puriskin does exactly what Sudocream does but it is a much nicer version in the fact it is a cream and does not leave that white sticky residue on your skin, this stuff can be used for pretty much anything, acne, scaring, burns, bruises etc. I love this stuff and will defiantly be buying the full size when this little pot runs out.
uncharted 4 game and funko pop vinyl
Now moving onto more lifestyle items and first we have to talk about Uncharted 4, oh my lord I have waited a long time for this game and it did not disappoint. What can I say Naughty Dog just blew everything out of the water with this one. If you think the last 3 games were good you have not seen anything until you play Uncharted 4. From the story line, to the game play ability and the graphics the game literally blew my mind. So worth the wait. If you love PlayStation games you need to look into the Uncharted series you will not be disappointed.
Big Bang Theory and Snacks

Lastly I have been addicted to The Big Bang Theory, I know I literally cannot believe I love this show. Whenever it is on the telly I turn it off straight away but after being left with no binge worthy TV lately I thought I would give it a go and after going through Orange Is The New Black quicker than a bag of sweets I needed something haha. I think it took me like 4 or 5 eps to get truly hooked and now I am addicted. I just love it and Sheldon is my spirit animal and I swear to god I will hunt down his funko pop vinyl if it kills me. Little something random I have been also loving Sesame Sticks lately. They are gluten free and healthier than sweets and crisps etc and really nice. You can pick them up in health stores and supermarkets.

So that is my lovely lately post, hope you enjoyed it and be sure to comment and tell me if you have tried any of these products and let me know what you're loving lately.
